1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DFW Dumpster Rentals website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services and Third-Party Service Providers

DFW Dumpster Rentals operates as an online booking platform for roll-off dumpster rental services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Our Services include facilitating online booking, scheduling, and payment processing for dumpster rentals.

The physical delivery, pickup, hauling, and disposal of dumpsters are performed by independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers"), not by DFW Dumpster Rentals. We coordinate with Service Providers on your behalf but do not own, operate, or control the dumpsters, trucks, or equipment used. Service Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of DFW Dumpster Rentals.

By booking through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that DFW Dumpster Rentals acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Service Provider fulfilling your order.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website and require full payment at the time of reservation.
  • Pricing is based on dumpster size and rental duration as displayed at the time of booking.
  • A base rental period of 7 days is included in the quoted price. Additional days are charged at the applicable daily rate.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
  • A confirmation email with your booking code will be sent upon successful payment.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is scheduled a minimum of 2 days from the date of booking, subject to availability.
  • You must ensure the delivery area is clear, accessible, and can support the weight of the dumpster and delivery truck.
  • We coordinate service within the DFW Metroplex service area. Orders outside our service area will be declined.
  • You will be contacted prior to the scheduled drop-off to confirm details.
  • Pickup will occur on the scheduled date. If you need to extend your rental, contact us before the pickup date.
  • Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including Service Provider scheduling, weather, and traffic conditions. DFW Dumpster Rentals is not liable for delays caused by third-party Service Providers.

5. Acceptable Use

The following materials are prohibited from being placed in any dumpster:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, asbestos)
  • Paint, stains, and sealants (liquid or partially full)
  • Tires, batteries, and fuel/oil/propane tanks
  • Liquids of any kind
  • Medical or biological waste
  • Refrigerators or freezers (unless Freon has been professionally removed)
  • Heavy aggregates: dirt, soil, concrete, brick, rock, stone, asphalt, sand, or gravel

Placing prohibited items in the dumpster may result in additional fees, refusal of pickup, or required removal at your expense. You are solely responsible for the contents placed in the dumpster and for any fines, penalties, or cleanup costs arising from prohibited materials.

6. Weight Limits and Overage

Each dumpster size includes a weight limit as stated at the time of booking. If your load exceeds the included weight limit, overage charges of $85 per ton will apply. You will be notified of any overage charges after the dumpster is weighed at the disposal facility.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before delivery or after delivery: No refund.

8. Liability and Damage

  • You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is placed on a surface that can support its weight. Neither DFW Dumpster Rentals nor its Service Providers are liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from dumpster placement that you directed or approved.
  • DFW Dumpster Rentals is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from the use of the dumpster, the acts or omissions of Service Providers, or any condition related to the delivery, placement, or removal of the dumpster.
  • Any claims related to the physical delivery, pickup, or condition of the dumpster are between you and the Service Provider. DFW Dumpster Rentals will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in resolving disputes but assumes no liability for the Service Provider's performance.

9. Permits

If the dumpster is placed on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, you may be required to obtain a permit from your local municipality. It is your responsibility to secure any necessary permits before delivery.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. DFW DUMPSTER RENTALS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DFW DUMPSTER RENTALS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DFW DUMPSTER RENTALS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DFW DUMPSTER RENTALS FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DFW Dumpster Rentals and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your placement of prohibited materials in the dumpster; (d) any damage to persons or property arising from the dumpster while on your premises; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under applicable consumer arbitration rules, conducted in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@rentadumpsterdfw.com within 30 days of your first booking.

14. Force Majeure

DFW Dumpster Rentals shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, equipment failure, Service Provider unavailability, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, delivery and pickup schedules will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DFW Dumpster Rentals regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
